Roarke Catubig, Esq.

During his time at CWSL, Roarke emerged not only as a diligent law student but as a catalyst for change. Immersed in various organizations like the Public Interest Law Foundation and the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, Roarke dedicated himself to championing causes close to his heart. His advocacy extended to providing essential legal aid to creatives and entrepreneurs navigating the intricate landscapes of intellectual property and media law through his involvement with New Media Rights.

Desai Camino, APC – Roarke Santos Catubig

Roarke Santos Catubig is a Southern California native born and raised in San Diego, CA. He attended the University of California, Irvine (UCI) where he received his B.A. in Political Science in 2016. He attended law school at the California Western School of Law (CWSL) in San Diego wherein he was involved in the Public Interest Law Foundation (PILF); the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA); and New Media Rights (a non-profit program that provides legal services focused specifically for creatives, entrepreneurs, and other clients focused on intellectual property, privacy, and media law).

During his time at CWSL, Mr. Catubig garnered a wide breadth of experience from a multitude of different practice areas through internships and externships with New Media Rights, the City of San Diego – Civil Division, the California Department of Transportation, and CWSL’s local legal clinic offering pro bono services for low income individuals in the greater San Diego community. After Mr. Catubig graduated from law school in 2021, Mr. Catubig obtained a post-bar position with the County of San Diego as a law clerk for the Department of Child Support Services. In 2022, Mr. Catubig relocated to Orange County and joined the Desai Camino team, handling cases across a myriad of family law issues.

Mr. Catubig adopts a “leave nothing to chance” mentality in his practices, ensuring that great care is taken in preparing a case. He strives for Personal Responsibility In Delivering Excellence in all that he does so he can take PRIDE in his work product. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Catubig worked at Qualcomm for the Information Security & Risk Management group as an executive assistant for the head of IT security. He enjoys working with his personal trainer; indoor rock climbing; and spending time with his friends.
